With over 30 years of experience and an eye for detail, it is no wonder why Demoyne found dental assisting to be her true calling early in life.  Being a part of the Hillcrest Dental team means Demoyne gets to work in an upbeat environment daily and gets to help people smile, and what's better than that?

In her free time, Demoyne enjoys spending time with her family and pets, watching Netflix, and loves being outdoors.

Originally from Washington, Amy moved to Vegas in 2020 and continued her 20-year career as a dental assistant at Hillcrest Dental. Amy is committed to providing quality dental care to patients and enjoys making the patients at Hillcrest Dental smile. Aside from being an awesome dental assistant, Amy is quite the crafter and enjoys spending time with her four kids, hiking, swimming, playing softball, and working out.

Brian is from Anaheim, California. Brian helped to spearhead the ClearStraight program with his attention to detail and unrivaled drive to create an exceptional product for our patients with a passion for dentistry and orthodontics. Knowing the huge impact orthodontics can have on a patient's life is what makes Brian so excited to be a part of the ClearStraight program at Hillcrest Dental.  

In his free time, Brian is a foodie and enjoys eating out, going bowling, enjoying the outdoors, and traveling.

Nadia is from Las Vegas and graduated from the Dental Assistant program at Pima Medical Institute. Nadia has been a part of the team at Hillcrest Dental since 2018 as a dental assistant and truly loves the one-on-one interaction she can have with so many patients at the office. She can be found dancing, being outdoors, and doing art projects with her two young girls in her free time.

Heather Rogers has been a dedicated dental hygienist since 1999, when she graduated from the College of Southern Nevada. A proud Las Vegas native and Bonanza High School graduate, Heather brings extensive experience from working in prosthodontics, periodontics, and general dentistry.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Heather is a passionate educator. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2010, she discovered her love for teaching and began providing continuing education courses for dental professionals. Her presentations cover a wide range of topics, including communication, diabetes management, implant maintenance, probiotics, and infection control.

At our practice, Heather is committed to delivering exceptional care to her patients while also sharing her wealth of knowledge with her colleagues. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking and exploring new destinations.
